Howard College has had generous support from Greater Texas Foundation, Ascendium Education Group and Economic Mobility Systems. You will want to complete a TASFA application instead. Success Coaches and financial aid staff will assist in completing these applications. Financial aid nights and one on one meetings are available.<\/p>\n<p>To be eligible for in-state tuition and the Promise funding, undocumented students must meet all of the following criteria:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Graduated from a Texas HS;<\/li>\n<li>Resided in Texas 36 months leading up to high school graduation;<\/li>\n<li>Resided in Texas 12 months prior to college enrollment;<\/li>\n<li>Student provides a notarized affidavit stating she\/he will apply to become a permanent resident at the earliest opportunity she\/he is eligible to do so.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title=&#8221;<\/p>\n<div>03<\/div\n\n<p>Does Red River Promise have a GPA requirement?&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.14.2&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; open=&#8221;off&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>The Red River Promise does not have a GPA requirement for the initial semester at North Central Texas College. However, some Promise partner universities do have GPA admission criteria for eligibility.<\/p>\n<p>Students entering NCTC on academic probation due to dual credit grades are eligible for Promise for the first fall semester.
